Requesting a Luau or Catering Quote

Whether you want just one or two dishes from our catering menu or you want us to handle your entire luau with one of our packages, requesting a quote is fast, easy, and confidential.

The prices specified within our catering menus, are for small ala carte pickup orders.  A delivery and setup fee may be charged for small orders requesting delivery.  So, even for small orders, please request a quote.  This way your price is guaranteed and you will get the bottom-line price, which will include sales taxes, and delivery and setup charges (if applicable).

For medium to large orders, we provide discounts and extras, such as free delivery and even free entertainment on large orders.  Thus, for medium and larger orders, the prices shown in our catering menus are intended strictly to help you by providing a guideline for estimating a budget for your luau.  To get the best price and any eligible extras, always request a quote.

If you are shopping around — we hope you are as we look even better when compared to other Hawaiian catering companies — Fax us any bona fide, written quote from any other catering company that provides Polynesian cuisine, and we will beat their deal.  We pride ourselves in providing the best Hawaiian cuisine at the best price.  Holding a great luau is probably much less expensive than you might think.

We offer you three (and coming soon, four) ways to obtain a quote:

1. By Phone:
   Planning the perfect luau is just a phone call away.  Call us at 847-795-8454 and ask to speak with Scott Zuziak, our luau and catering consultant and specialist.  As luau planner, Mr. Zuziak's credentials are unchallengeable and unequalled.  Scott is a Hawaiian Restaurant Owner, is a Professional Polynesian Performer, Holds Multiple World-placing titles as a Champion Fire-Knife Dancer, is a Hawaiian Decor Designer and Builder, and is a Master Tiki Carver (visit http://www.dakinetiki.com). Scott will help you plan your catering menu or your entire luau.  If this will be your first luau, or if you simply wish planning advice from a specialist, making your request by phone would be your best quote request approach.  If you are not certain exactly where to start, tell Scott what your luau budget is, and he will make sure your guests see every dollar you spend on them.
2. By Email:
   This approach works best if you are an experienced luau planner (you have hosted at least one successful luau before) or you have used us before and know already ahead of time what you want.  Simply email us at ChicagoLuaus@att.net and tell us what you wish.  We will reply with a quote by email within one business day.  Be sure to give the luau location (city and state so we know where to deliver) and your name (so we may address you personally), and a contact phone number (in case we have questions regarding your inquiry).  All information you provide is confidential.
3. By Fax:
   Just like an Email inquiry, this approach works best if you are an experienced luau planner (you have hosted at least one successful luau before) or you have used us before and know already ahead of time what you want.  Simply fax your inquiry to 847-795-0354.  Be sure to tell us how you wish your reply (phone, Email, or return Fax).  We will reply with a quote within one business day.  Be sure to give the luau location (city and state so we know where to deliver) and your name (so we may address you personally), and a contact phone number (in case we have questions regarding your inquiry).  All information you provide is confidential.
   Have you received a quote from another caterer?  Fax us their bona fide, written quote, and we are sure to beat it with a better deal.  Note that we will only accept bona fide, written competitor quotes in person via presentation of the original quote sheet or via Fax of the original sheet.
